Ian Robertson is a London based filmmaker and graduate from The National Film & Television School where he specialized in character-driven black comedies and high concepts. His films mirror this background as he takes his ordinary characters and drags them through an unexpected fusion of genres! Robertson has earned a GOLD British Arrow, two Staff Picks, a Young Director Award in Cannes, three UK Music Video Award Nominations and a BAFTA New Talent Award.
The Proposal was an Official Selection at the Encounter Short Film Festival and the British Short Film Festival Berlin and had its online debut on Short of the Week.
