Encouraging gestures of trust with the Better Business Bureau
The challenge
Honest. Transparent. Proactive. Humble. Equitable. These are the Better Business Bureau’s five gestures of trust—but what are yours? Filmmakers were challenged with submitting a video up to 3 minutes that shows an authentic, moving depiction of trust—with good sound and cinematography to boot. The goal? $21,000 in prizes.
The process
Step 1: Submit brief
Better Business Bureau submitted their brief that outlined the need to show an authentic depiction of trust
Step 2: Notify filmmakers
Our network of filmmakers received a notification for a new opportunity
Step 3: Creation begins
Filmmakers all over the world set out to create short films based on the Better Business Bureau’s creative brief
Step 4: Vote, vote, vote
Once films were submitted, our audience voted on their favorites and our panel of judges selected the winners
Step 5: First place prizes
Better Business Bureau received distribution rights to the top film submissions while the winners received the prizes
