Colorado Office of Film,Television & Media’s #ColoradoRevealed Video Contest Submissions deadline is fast approaching! Filmmakers have until 11:00 PM MST on April 4th to submit their one minute film showcasing the beautiful state of Colorado.
There is no entry fee for this contest. The prize breakdown is:
JURY AWARDS
1st Place Jury Award: $5,000 + 1 Commemorative Hateful 8 Film Strip
Jury Award Honorable Mention: $2,000 + 1 Commemorative Hateful 8 Film Strip
AUDIENCE AWARDS
1st Place Audience Award: $5,000 + 1 Commemorative Hateful 8 Film Strip
2nd Place Audience Award: $2,000
3rd Place Audience Award: $1,000
Take the Cog Railway to the summit of Pikes Peak, go to a concert at Red Rocks, or raft the Arkansas river! Colorado has no shortage of unique experiences that make it the state to live in or travel to! Showcase an experience, a memory, bucket list or history lesson in one minute showcasing this great state by entering it into Colorado Revealed.
“Colorado has so much more to offer than world-class skiing,” said Colorado Film Commissioner Donald Zuckerman. “We want to showcase the untapped potential of our gorgeous and unique locations for the rest of the world to see.”
Video submissions are being accepted from February 1 through April 4. The public will be invited to vote on the best videos.

The Colorado Revealed Video Contest is hosted on The Audience Awards contest platform. Entrants will need to create a free Audience Awards account to submit to the contest. Viewers can also sign up for free to watch and vote for their favorite videos from April 5-11, 2016.
