Not to be mistaken for the ’80s MARRS hit single, Pump Up the Volume, the film sharing the same name, stars Christian Slater as Mark, in one of his first cinematic debuts. In school Mark is a loner but at night he captivates fellow teens with his own FM pirate radio show.
