Every year, Audience Awards hosts the Live Action Shorts Film Festival open to any film that features real performers. Here are the top three jury-selected winning films from this year’s 2018 Live Action Shorts Film Festival.
The winners were decided on by the global audience and the Live Action Shorts Film Festival jury panel including Gabriela Lugo, founder of Revek Entertainment and Sundance-winning producer; Dave Dickerson.
First place goes to L.A. Fadeaway by Meg Sutton in which a young female musician in 1977 Los Angeles must prove that talent speaks louder than noise when she finds herself in an industry full of sellouts.
A huge thanks to our community of creatives and filmmakers who submitted to the 2018 Live Action Shorts Film Festival, and a hearty congratulations to all the winners! We look forward to seeing the top three films premiere at AudFest 2019!
