Sunday Confessional: What popular film do you secretly hate?

October 12, 2014

Confess your cinematic secrets to me, my child.

Blessed are those who tell Mundee Morning your dirty little secrets. Your secret is safe with me … and the Internet.  This week’s Sunday confessional topic:

What Popular Film Do You Secretly Hate?

You ever find yourself in a conversation about movies with friends and everyone is gushing about a movie you can’t stand?

Awkward….

Here are two of mine:  Rushmore. *gasp*  Yeah, I said it.  Though I adore Wes Anderson, I can’t stand Rushmore and have always thought it was his weakest film. But everyone loves it. Maybe I just don’t get it.  I also hate… hate… HATE West Side Story.  I mean, gag me with a spoon. If I was a spy and you wanted me to spill top secret information, just tie me up and make me watch West Side Story. I’ll be singing like a bird in no time.

Seriously… barf.
