Audience Awards is Hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a full time SEO/SEM/Social platform expert to help fuel Audience Awards brand recognition and our brand partners. You’ll work with our sales team and account managers to ensure promotion of our brand activities and the brands we serve. The position is based at headquarters in scenic Missoula, Montana.

Requires a good grasp and understanding of consumer insights and needs. Must be a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a go-getter attitude.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO and marketing programs and strategy activities such as content strategy, social media, web tools, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks and to optimize brand campaigns.


·      Develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness of a company or product.

·      Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

·      Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

·      Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

·      Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

·      Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

·      Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

·      Research and analyze competitor advertising links

·      Develop and implement link building strategy

·      Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

·      Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming

·      Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

·      Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market

·      Define product strategies and road maps

·      Research and determine product areas to be modified

·      Develop effective product positioning in the market

·      Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development

·      Launch and oversee advertising and media planning

Work SkillQualifications

·      Proven SEO experience

·      Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.

·      Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

·      In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Crimson Hexagon, Ninja Outreach)

·      Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)

·      Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments including Mailchimp

·      Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

·      Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

·      BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field or proven track record of experience in this field.
