Audience Awards Staff Pick: Coke Habit by Dress Code

September 6, 2018

Audience Awards has selected this week’s staff pick film, Coke Habit, directed by Dress Code. Coke Habit was an Official Selection in Audience Awards 2018 Animation Shorts Film Festival.

Dress Code is a production company in New York, NY and Venice, CA that was started by Dan Covert and Andre Andreev. Dress Code began with the idea to create content outside of the norm and not limited to a particular style or medium. With a staff coming from diverse backgrounds and career paths, Dress Code brings unique perspectives to everything they create. Dress Code’s work has been recognized by SXSW, The Webby Awards, Vimeo Staff Picks, Short of the Week, AFI Docs, Seattle International Film Festival, One Screen and ADC Young Guns.

The Summer after 10th grade Mike spent two solid weeks with horrible horrible migraines, dizziness, blind spots and tunnel vision—he didn’t know what it was… This is the story of his Coke Habit.
